Shipping policy

Nothing is posted. There are no shipping costs, no delivery times and no customs charges.

Every product in this store is a digital PDF. It is made available to you immediately after your payment is confirmed.

How you receive your guide

Two ways, so that a problem with one does not leave you stuck:

1. A download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as your payment goes through.
2. The same link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

Download the file and save it somewhere you will find it again. The guide is yours to keep.

If it has not arrived

Wait five minutes, then check the spam, promotions and junk folders of the address you used. Most missing downloads are sitting in one of them.

If it is still not there, email info@getguideora.com with the email address you used and, if you have it, your order number. We answer within two working days and will send the file directly.

If you mistyped your email address at checkout, tell us the correct one and we will resend. This happens more often than you would think and is easy to fix.

File format and requirements

Guides are supplied as PDF files that open on any computer, tablet or phone with a standard PDF reader. There is no software to install beyond a reader, no account to create and no expiry on the file once you have downloaded it.

Download links are valid for a limited period after purchase. If yours has expired, email info@getguideora.com and we will issue a new one at no charge.
